Clode

Hello-

This is my sixth year teaching at Acres Green Elementary and I feel blessed to be part of such an incredible school community! Previously, I taught in Jefferson County and this will be my 12th year teaching. I graduated from California University of Fullerton with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in 2002. I received my Master’s in Special Education from Arizona State University in 2008.  Of course I am biased, but I really do think that I have the best job ever!

I love the enthusiasm and curiosity elementary  students have for the world around them. I find their zest for life contagious! I am an avid traveler and have visited over ten countries. I enjoy immersing myself in new cultures, seeing different environments, and learning from the world around me. My students inspire me to observe the world with a sense of wonder and awe. As their teacher, I aim to return this favor by preparing them with all the tools necessary to be empathetic, positive change agents, and life-long learners themselves.
