Mrs. O'Neill's Fitness Class

About Me

I grew up in England and came to the Florida as a Nanny in my 20's, I met my Husband 4 years later and When we got married I moved out to Colorado to be with him. We have been married for 28 years and have two beautiful daughters Kyra 26 and Kaylie 22, they are the best gift that I have ever been given.

I have been teaching Fitness at Acres Green since 2008. I have had a long life passion for health and fitness. My passion started with sports in Elementary school and continued through High school. As an adult I became a Fitness instructor and Personal trainer and was always looking for a way to work with Children. This opportunity arrived at Acres Green Elementary and I have never looked back.

I look forward to working with our students this year. We will be learning the different Fitness components, Muscles and stretches. We will play a lot of  Fun games incorporating all the Fitness components, We will work on the importance of Synergizing to make our games successful. We will also work on the importance of Great sportsmanship and using encouraging words with one another,
