Hello! I’m Kirsten Sola, and I’m honored to serve as principal of Acres Green Elementary during this very special milestone year: our 50th anniversary! This school holds a special place in my heart, not only because I get to lead it today, but also because it’s where I began my teaching career. I’ve been part of our school district since 2005, and I’m grateful every day to work alongside such dedicated staff, amazing students, and supportive families.
I’ve been married for 22 years and have a 10-year-old dog named Isla. Outside of school, I love traveling, all things Disney, spending time with friends and family, reading, and exploring new places.
Here at Acres Green, we are celebrating our final year before merging with Fox Creek Elementary, and we’re determined to make it our best yet. Our small class sizes, strong commitment to academic and mental health support, and our new 3 Rs: encouraging our students to be Respectful, Responsible, and Ready to Learn, will guide us all year long. I can’t wait to see our students shine as we learn, grow, and celebrate together!
Hello! My name is Shauna Williams, and I am excited to serve as your Assistant Principal. I believe in the power of partnership between families, staff, and the community to help every student flourish. I maintain an open-door policy and welcome conversations, questions, and ideas—because when we work together, great things happen for our children.
Now entering my 16th year in education, I bring experience as both a classroom teacher and an instructional leader. My work is grounded in creating an inclusive, supportive environment where every student feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn. I am deeply committed to providing a nurturing and engaging environment for all students.
Outside of school, I share a full and joyful life with my husband of 19 years and our two amazing children. I enjoy spending time with my family, watching my daughter play soccer, reading, and dancing.

My name is Lisa Grant. I am new to Acres Green this year! I came from Fox Creek Elementary, where I worked in various roles for the last seven years. I’m so excited to become a part of Acres Green! My son, who is starting middle school this year, has been a student at Acres Green since preschool. I’m married to my high school sweetheart, and we live in the neighborhood with our sweet dog Bailey. We love to go to the pool and camp in the summer! I enjoy baking, canning, exercising, and reading in my spare time. I'm looking forward to a great year!
