About Us

Welcome to Acres Green Elementary, a proud cornerstone of our community since 1955! This year marks our 50th anniversary. We are celebrating this milestone with joy, gratitude, and a whole lot of school spirit. While it will also sadly be our final year before merging with Fox Creek Elementary, we are determined to make it our best year yet.

Our small class sizes mean we truly get to know each student and support their unique strengths. We’re committed to providing targeted academic interventions, mental health support, and engaging learning opportunities so every child can thrive—both in school and in life.

We’re also introducing something new this year: our 3 Rs: We want our students to be Respectful, Responsible, and Ready to Learn. These aren’t just words on a poster; they’re the heart of how we learn and grow together. We’ll be celebrating students all year long as they model these values in the classroom, on the playground, and in the community.

Our school is wonderfully diverse, and we embrace the cultures, languages, and experiences that make us stronger together. This year, we’re honoring our history, making the most of every moment, and sending our students forward with confidence, curiosity, and a sense of belonging.
